For couples who have a vendor team they love and simply need an exceptional setting, our venue-only offering grants full exclusive access to the estate and all its spaces. Our on-site team is available for day-of support and estate logistics. The grounds, the garden, the barn — all yours.

Our floral studio draws primarily from the estate's own rose gardens — one of the largest private collections of heirloom roses in the Santa Ynez Valley. Arrangements are designed in-house and cut fresh for your event.
Working with our floral team means your centerpieces, ceremony florals, and bridal arrangements are grown within walking distance of where you'll carry them.

Our rental inventory — tables, chairs, linens, specialty lighting, lounge furniture, and tabletop — is curated to complement the aesthetic of the estate. Everything is available in-house, which means no delivery windows, no pickup logistics, and no worrying about whether the rentals will suit the space. They were chosen for it.

Our culinary team isn't brought in for your wedding — they're already here. They know this venue, its rhythm, and what it takes to deliver an exceptional meal at scale without losing the detail that makes it feel personal.
